For hygiene and personal care reasons, bras and underwear are considered intimate apparel. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the items have been shipped.
► Please record a complete unboxing video when opening your parcel. If you notice any issues with your order, please provide the unboxing video for verification. We will not be able to process any claims without an unboxing video. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
► Items that are stained with makeup, dirty, worn, damaged, have lingering odours, or show any other signs of improper handling during fitting will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
