Due to hygiene and personal care considerations, bras and underwear are classified as intimate items. Therefore, once the order has been shipped, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
► Please record a full unboxing video when opening your parcel.
If there are any issues with the order, the unboxing video must be provided for verification. Requests without video proof will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
► Items that show signs of use, makeup stains, dirt, damage, odors, or any condition caused by human factors during fitting or handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
